Docker - the ability to virtualize the app not the server

To start an application in the cloud takes time, since the operation system need to move start the application and run the code, there are substantial start-up time.
With Docker, the virtualization sits on top of OS, so the hot deploy of code is possible. The start-up time is cut substantially.
